Symbols that help you shift instantly
My clients recover well and regularly, and as a result, their lives grow faster than those of others. Because, you don’t need more talk. You need to relax deeper so you can 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 what matters. That’s why I use symbols, images and props in my online sessions. They make transformation faster, easier — and more effective.
Most people and professionals think coaching is about smart questions. But when emotions are stuck or beliefs run deep, it’s not words that unlock change — it’s the body.
Science shows
We remember moments, not advice. Pairing words with visuals or movement (dual coding) activates more parts of the brain — so change sticks. In my coaching, this might look like:
A backpack filled with stones – for the invisible burdens they carry (pressure, responsibility, emotional load). → I ask: "What could you take out to walk ligther today?"
A burned match next to an untoched one – to visualize the moment they let someone cross a line — and what it would look like to protect that boundary next time. → I ask: "Where did you stops speaking up?"
A melting icecube – to explore what needs softening or releasing (letting go of control, perfectionism, guilt). → I ask: "What happens if you don't hold it togther for 1 minute?"
A drawn door on a whiteboard or card – to visualize the emotional loop they’re ready to leave (overthinking, proving, self-sabotage). → I ask: "What mindset are you ready to close the door on?"
No slides. No fluff.
It’s not about understanding it better.
It’s about acting better - now.
Just truth made visible.
The Solution
I see my coachees change in real time, mostly effortless and at ease. It's so powerful because it's a real time new experience. Now you need to rehearse these real shifts. Then your body remembers. And that’s what happens after a session: the coachee has already felt the inner shift. After that, it’s just about repeating it in daily life. And that’s easier once you know and feel how it works. That’s when real change sticks.
