Doing More, Being Less – The Hidden Costs
Most high achievers are all about Doing. Task after task. Deadline after deadline. Ambition after ambition.
We chase results, performance, status, income. But what’s often missing is Being: attention to yourself, your body, your energy, your relationships, your joy.
