I draw on neuroscience, psychology, physiology, nutrition, and systemic hypnotherapy to create real, lasting change. I’ve personally faced and overcome major physical, mental, and cultural challenges while living abroad for 12 years. Starting over multiple times strengthened my mindset, resilience, and health—skills I now use to guide my clients. For me, coaching is not about fixing problems—it’s about unlocking resources, strengthening self-efficacy, and making change sustainable in daily life. Every process is tailored, goal-oriented, and designed to help clients step into a future that feels authentic and possible.
