This isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” program—it’s personalized to what’s right for you, with flexible options ranging from 3 to 12 months. I offer one-on-one or group coaching sessions, in person or remotely, and host retreats in prestigious locations across Europe.

I bring over 25 years of coaching experience—as an athlete, executive coach, and entrepreneur—and 15 years of running my own business. My approach is practical, science-based, and solution-focused. Grounded in the philosophy of the Karlsruhe School, I work with clear standards, professional ethics, and proven methods you can trust. I draw on neuroscience, psychology, physiology, nutrition, and systemic hypnotherapy to create real, lasting change. I’ve personally faced and overcome major physical, mental, and cultural challenges while living abroad for 12 years. Starting over multiple times strengthened my mindset, resilience, and health—skills I now use to guide my clients. For me, coaching is not about fixing problems—it’s about unlocking resources, strengthening self-efficacy, and making change sustainable in daily life. Every process is tailored, goal-oriented, and designed to help clients step into a future that feels authentic and possible.
